Big Bluestem Farm is excited to announce the formation of the Native Plant Ambassadors Network.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about native plants and are eager to become local champions for the native Michigan environment.
You do not have to be an expert, only passionate and willing to help.

What Will I Do?
As a Native Plant Ambassador, you select from a list of several opportunities:
Advocacy: Occasionally speak to local decision makers about the importance of native plants.
Community Engagement: Engage with your community, inspire others with your passion for native plants, and encourage them to join our cause.
Educational Event Support: Help in organizing local educational events about native plants.
Sales Event Support: Assist in local sales events promoting native plants.
Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of 20-30 Big Bluestem Farm native plants at your residence for neighbors to pick up.
Who Can Join?
We welcome anyone who has a few native plants growing at their residence and is willing to be a local champion for native plants. No prior experience or expertise is necessary - just a love for native plants and a desire to make a difference!
